Irvin S Cobb (1876-1944) was a popular writer and humorist. Winfield Sheehan (1883-1945) was Chief of Production for Fox Films from 1926-1935, when he went on to become an independent movie producer. Amon Carter (1879-1955) was the creator and publisher of the Fort Worth Star Telegram.
